PRESCOTT, Ariz. – The weather in Prescott is beautiful and that is good news for the Yavapai College softball team as it is set for three home doubleheaders this week at Bill Vallely Field. 

The Games
Softball starts on Tuesday, April 11, when the Roughriders will host the South Mountain Community College Cougars with game one set for a noon start. Then, on Thursday, YC hosts the Pima Community College Aztecs with that doubleheader starting at 11 a.m. The Roughriders will then finish up the week on Saturday with a doubleheader at home against the Phoenix College Bears starting at noon. 

All six games will feature live stats and live streaming on GoRoughriders.com/Live. 

The Cougars
South Mountain comes to Prescott atop the ACCAC with a 36-7 overall record, 30-4 conference record and 15-game win streak. Last time out, South Mountain swept Central Arizona College. 

The Aztecs
Pima comes into its matchup with YC at 23-14 overall and 19-9 within the ACCAC. Last time out, the Aztecs swept Mesa. 

The Bears
Phoenix heads to Prescott with a 34-8 overall record and 25-7 mark in conference play. Last time out, the Bears swept Glendale. 

The Roughriders
After getting swept by Arizona Western and Chandler-Gilbert last week, the Roughriders are now 4-28 on the season.
