PRESCOTT, Ariz. (January 12, 2026)

Yavapai Men's and Women's Conference Basketball is here, and this week, more competitive gameplay from the Roughriders will be had!

Women's Basketball

Last week, the Women's Basketball team went 2-1 in their 3-game stretch, including two home back-to-back wins against Navajo Tech!

This week, the Riders will head on the road for two more conference games.

On Wednesday, January 14th, Yavapai will make their way to Henderson for an ACCAC match-up against the Coyotes of Southern Nevada. That game will tip-off at 6:30 PM MST, or 5:30 PM PT.

Then, on Saturday, January 17th, the team will head south of Phoenix to Coolidge, AZ for their first match-up against Central Arizona. The Roughriders and the Vaqueras will tip-off at 2 PM.

Men's Basketball

The Yavapai Men's Basketball team had a long break since the Prescott Findlay Hyundai Classic, and they returned last Saturday against Eastern Arizona in a close 79-77 loss against the Monsters.

With their momentum still high, the Roughriders aim to win out on the road this week against two more conference opponents!

On Wednesday, January 14th, Yavapai will head to Nevada for an 8:30 PM MST (7:30 PM PT) tip-off against Southern Nevada.

Then, the Roughriders will make their way to Coolidge, AZ for a match-up against Central Arizona. That game will tip-off at 4 PM on Saturday, January 17th.
