PRESCOTT, Ariz. (September 8, 2025)

Conference play for all fall sports is here! The Yavapai Roughriders have had strong starts to all of their Fall seasons, and they're ready to put their experience in the non-conference games to the test!

Volleyball

Yavapai Volleyball just hosted their annual Yavapai College Volleyball Invitational, where over the course of two days they went 3-1 against teams from all across the country!

This week, with conference games about to take place, Volleyball has three upcoming away matches to test their grit and strength!

On Wednesday, September 10th, Yavapai will make their way down to Coolidge for their first conference game against Central Arizona. That game begins at 7 PM.

Then, on Friday, September 12th, Yavapai continues their road trip further east towards Thatcher, home of the #18-ranked Eastern Arizona Gila Monsters. That Friday game is at 7 PM. The next day, September 13th, Yavapai plays Eastern Arizona again at 1 PM.

Men's Soccer

After a nice break last week, Men's Soccer is ready to begin their conference play as well. 

Starting Tuesday, September 9th, Yavapai will travel down to Yuma to face off against #7-ranked Arizona Western. That game begins at 7 PM.

Then, on Saturday, September 13th, Yavapai will host their first conference game, inviting Southern Nevada to come and play on Ken Lindley Field! That game is also at 7 PM.

Women's Soccer

The Yavapai Women's Soccer team, who were ranked #16 in the country last week after defeating Laramie County, are yet to be defeated this season!

With that said, Yavapai's first conference game is a tough one. The Roughriders will make their way down to Yuma to face off against #2-ranked Arizona Western on their home field. That game kicks off at 4:30 PM on Tuesday, September 9th.

On Saturday, September 13th, Yavapai will host their first conference game at Ken Lindley Field this season! The Coyotes of Southern Nevada will head down to Prescott for a 4:30 PM kickoff.
