Justin Cherrington, first baseman for the 2025 Yavapai Baseball team, has rightfully earned a spot on the ABCA/Rawlings NJCAA Div. 1 All-America First Team!

Cherrington earned this spot for his tremendous offensive efforts throughout the season, scoring 12 total home runs, 63 total runs, and 71 RBI (first overall in the conference). Justin is one of four infielders awarded on First Team, all while doing it as a Freshman!

Cherrington was previously awarded a spot on the NJCAA Division 1 Region 1 First Team, as well as the ACCAC D1 First Team.

Justin will further his collegiate baseball career at the University of Houston next year.
