PRESCOTT, Ariz. (April 6, 2026)

Yavapai Spring Sports are still here, but for not much longer! There are only a handful of home games for Softball and Baseball remaining, including some Home Baseball this week at Roughrider Park!

Baseball

Last week, Yavapai was on the road at Henderson and competed in 3 nail biter games against the nationally-ranked Coyotes of Southern Nevada. Yavapai was able to win one of the three games 4-2.

This week, Yavapai Baseball has 4 home games for Roughrider fans to attend!

On Tuesday, April 7th, YC is hosting one game against Scottsdale CC. The Roughriders and the Fighting Artichokes will begin play at 2 pm.

Then, Yavapai hosts ACCAC rival Central Arizona in a 3-game series at Roughrider Park. Previously this season, Yavapai played CAC and won one of the three games.

Game 1 will be on Friday the 10th, with first pitch at 2 pm. Games 2 and 3 will be a Saturday double-header, with game one beginning at Noon and the final game beginning 30 minutes after the ending of the first game.

Softball

Yavapai Softball continues their road trip in the month of April, including their upcoming 4-game series in Thatcher against Eastern Arizona.

Games 1and 2 will be on Friday, April 10th at 12 & 2 pm. Games 3 and 4 will be at 11 am and 1 pm the next day, April 11th.
