SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- Earlier tonight, the Yavapai Men's Basketball team fell to the #13-ranked Salt Lake Community College. A fight was put up for both halves, but Salt Lake came out on top in this battle, as they won 98-77 over the Roughriders.
Jason Parent led Yavapai's scoring, where he put up 18 points on 50% shooting. Not far behind him was
Raphael Dupouy, who put up 14 points in 16 minutes.
Deyishon Miller also had 14 points off the bench.
Jediah Jones had 7 rebounds off the bench.
The hero from last night,
Nadir Myers, had a team-high 4 assists.

The guys will travel to Casper, Wyoming, to play against Casper College, the team that Coach Kevon David used to coach for. The game will take place on Monday, and tip off is at 7 pm.
