TWIN FALLS, Idaho – The Yavapai College men's basketball team took on the No. 24-ranked Lee College Navigators on Friday afternoon in the Idaho Central Credit Union Invitational and fell 93-60 to drop to 1-1 on the young season. 

Like yesterday, it was another slow start for the Roughriders as Lee jumped out to a 20-10 lead just five minutes into the contest. 

After a YC timeout, Lee lengthened its advantage with a 15-4 run and led 35-14 at the halfway point of the first half, cruising to a 59-29 lead at the break. 

Unlike yesterday, a second-half comeback did not await YC and despite a much more even second half (Lee outscoring YC 34-31), Yavapai eventually fell with a 93-60 final. 

Freshman guard Kam O'Bannon led all YC scorers with 16 points and was joined in double digits by fellow freshman guard Khalil O'Bannon who had 12.
