High School: Sara Horrell hails from Basha High School in Chandler, AZ, where she lettered in volleyball in high school for two of her four seasons. During her varsity years, she led her team to the playoffs both times.

Personal: Sara enjoys watching Wisconsin professional athletics in her spare time, including the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Bucks.
