With over 20 years of experience in coaching and athletic performance training, Sullivan Beard has dedicated his career to developing athletes both on and off the court and field. His coaching journey spans high school, middle school, youth programs, and adult athletes, reflecting a lifelong commitment to mentorship, teamwork, and athletic excellence.
In basketball, Sullivan most recently served as the JV Girls Basketball Coach at Bradshaw Mountain High School in Arizona from 2019 to 2025. Notably, in 2005, Sullivan won a national championship playing arena football—an achievement that further deepened his understanding of elite performance and team success.
Beyond coaching, Sullivan is an experienced Athlete Performance Trainer. Since 2013, he has designed and implemented specialized training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels across multiple sports. In 2023, he served as a Performance Trainer for the basketball team at Yavapai Community College, helping collegiate athletes enhance strength, agility, and on-court performance.
Sullivan’s overall goal has always been clear: to help athletes and others reach their full potential—both mentally and physically. Through every role, he remains passionate about building confidence, character, and resilience, empowering those he coaches to excel not just in sports, but in life.
