High School: Sofia Romero was a softball student-athlete from Palmer Ridge High School in Colorado and a 2025 graduate with a 3.7 GPA. Sofia is a four-time Pikes Peak Athletic Conference honoree, earning three PPAC Second Team All-Conference selections and First Team All-Conference recognition in 2024–25. As a freshman, she received the PPAC Coaches Utility Player of the Year Award and was later voted Team MVP by her teammates.She was a First Team Academic All-State selection in both softball and basketball, a prior Academic All-State Honorable Mention, a Basketball All-Conference Honorable Mention, and a Pikes Peak Rotary Champion Medallion recipient.  

Personal: Sofia's family has their own language, and she is always up for traveling, music, and dancing
