High School: Hoey graduated from Chino Valley High School in May of 2023. While there, she earned First-Team All-Region honors three times. 

Personal: Hoey was born in Prescott, Arizona, on September 9, 2004. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Otis, and has career aspirations of becoming a dental hygienist.
