Biography

2022 (Sophomore): Earned NJCAA Second-Team All-American honors, becoming the 67th All-American in program history… Also earned First-Team All-Region and First-Team All-Conference honors… Led the Roughriders in goals (13), assists (eight) and points (34)... Tallied three multi-goal games on the season including a hat trick against South Mountain on September 24… Led the Roughriders in game-winning goals with four.
Stats

2021 (Sophomore): Sat out due to injury.

2020-21 (Freshman): Earned First-Team All-Conference and First-Team All-Region honors after leading the Roughriders to a Region Championship with seven goals (tied for the team lead) and four assists for a total of 18 points (led the team). 

High School: Topete graduated from San Luis High School in May of 2020. While at San Luis, Topete earned the single-season goal record (21 as a senior), Player of the Year, First-Team All-Region and First-Team All-Conference honors. 

Personal: Topete was born in Yuma, Arizona, on July 4, 2002. In addition to soccer, some of his other hobbies include singing and traveling.
