Rick Larson has been coaching with the Roughriders since the 2023 Spring semester. He played collegiate soccer at DePauw University, where the team advanced to the National Division III Regionals. After college, he continued to play in various top competitive adult soccer leagues in Chicago for over 20 years. He also coached youth soccer and enjoys giving back to the local community by helping young adults achieve their athletic and educational goals. 

Rick is a retired attorney from Deloitte & Touche's Global Tax & Legal group. He practiced law in Chicagoland for a number of years and he has also been a Business Law and a Business Ethics professor in the undergraduate and graduate business schools at Loyola University of Chicago and Millsaps University.
