2024 (Freshman): Earned First-Team All-Conference and Second-Team All-Region honors… The Roughrider left fielder moved up and down the lineup all year and was productive from every spot in just 37 games played, slashing .371 with 28 runs scored, 43 hits, four doubles, two triples, four homers, 25 RBI's, nine walks, an OBP of .434 and SLG% of 543.Â

High School:Â Nichols graduated from Basha High School in May of 2023. As a senior, he led his team in doubles and triples and earned First-Team All-Region, Second-Team All-State, Honorable-Mention All-CUSD and Most Improved Player honors.Â
Personal:Â Nichols was born in Gilbert, Arizona, on November 22, 2004. His hobbies include video games, lifting and fishing. In the future, he plans to major in business administration, after earning his associates of business at YC.
