2022 (Redshirt-Freshman): Saw action in 19 games for the Roughriders… Hit two homers and drove in eight runs.

High School: Nehls graduated from Westview High School in May of 2020 where he had a .480 batting average with 11 home runs. 

Personal: Nehls was born on September 4, 2001 in Phoenix, Arizona. One of his hobbies is roping and in the future he plans to become a firefighter.
