Flores enters his third season with the Roughriders in the spring of 2025 after joining the Roughriders in the fall of 2022.
The 2024 Roughriders went 17-37 (had to forfeit 11 wins) and had five players earn All-Conference and All-Region honors.
In 2023, Flores helped guide the Roughriders to a 29-20 record and fifth-place finish in the ACCAC standings. In addition, four Roughriders earned All-Conference honors in 2023.
Flores earned his associates degree from Panola College in 2018 while playing there for two seasons. After Panola, Flores spent four seasons (2019-22) at LSU Shreveport and studied business administration.
While at LSU Shreveport, Flores helped lead his team to an overall record of 167-41 and helped lead the team to NAIA World Series appearances in 2021 and 2022. The 2022 squad also achieved the best regular season record in school history at 47-3.
While at LSU Shreveport, Flores garnered the following honors: 2022 LSWA All-Louisiana Team, 2021 and 2022 First-Team All-Conference at 3B, 2021 RRAC Tournament Gold Glove at 3B and 2021 and 2022 Gold Glove at 3B.
Following his playing career, Flores coached with NTXBC (North Texas Baseball Club) in the summer and fall of 2022, before coming to YC.
