In the Yavapai Men's Soccer team's first conference match under head coach Giorgi Manzula, Yavapai would fall to the Matadors of Arizona Western 0-2.

There were many close calls and near makes for the Roughriders, making this a tight match throughout the 90 minute evening.

Ansel Ledezma had 2 shots on the goal in this game, while Andres Pulido had one as well.

Goalkeeper Daniel Alexis Medina Gonzalez had 3 saves, allowing just 2 scores for the Matadors.
