Starting on Thursday, May 13^th, 2021 at Softball NJCAA D1 Region 1/District playoffs, hosted at Yavapai College is the plan for fan attendance. Below are some general bullet points for consideration before attendance at this event.
 
*We ask that all attendees self-screen prior to arrival on campus. If you are feeling unwell we as that you not attend
 
*NO DOGS ALLOWED
 
*Parking available anywhere on Yavapai College campus. Limited spaced behind Bill Vallely Field but Lot N or Lot L are recommended
 
*All Fans must enter the venue on the first base side behind tennis courts. All attendees will need to sign Acknowledgement of Risk upon arrival
 
*TICKET COSTS PER DAY – Ticket sales and gate will start 1 hour prior to the first game of the day
            *$5 Adults
            *$3 Student, Veteran's or Senior Citizens
            *Free for Kids 6 and under
 
*Masks and social distancing must be observed. Face coverings will be required if not social distanced (purchasing tickets, restrooms, etc.) but if you are sitting with your immediate household they are ok to remove
 
*Seating is available throughout the venue. Yavapai College cannot guarantee shade or unobstructed views. All available seating is first come, first serve. Lawn chairs can be set up on ground level but not in front of press box or Athletic Training areas (see attached map). No seating in front of the radio streaming. The designated home team (highest seed) will be located in third base dugout
 
*No E-Z ups or umbrellas if seated next to the back stop. No E-Z ups or umbrellas if seated in the bleachers, can be used if seated on the top row of the bleachers
 
*There will NOT be a concession stand. Food may be brought into the venue, coolers may be brought into the venue but no alcohol or glass bottles of any kind. NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND TOBACCO IN ALL FORMS ARE PROHIBITED
 
*Restrooms are available beyond the right field fence.

*Once competition has completed teams will be asked to leave the venue, no post-game mix and mingle please. Yavapai College will not be clearing seating area between games, but ask that you clear space for next fans
 
*Yavapai College and our local station, KYCA, will continue streaming games at www.goroughriders.com for those who are unable to attend in person
